In human anatomy, in the Stargate series, a Goa'uld or Jaffa term not describing one's neck, but likely the lower back area.

Aris Boch - "Jack O'neill is a pain in the Mikta" - (Bounty Hunter from episode "Deadman Switch").
Friend of mine - "My boss is a real pain in the Mikta"
