I can understand that I could understand the definition of a "Mengtac" as it is literally the definition of the capability of being able to understand. Frequently Mengtacs are buff, asian "Herman Li" looking beauties, blessed upon earth by the Chinese deity Yue Lao herself. For men, a glance in the eyes of a Mengtac will grant you with a unusually hard feeling in the trousers and for women the instant urge to unleash the waterfalls. Mengtacs will soothe every soul lucky enough to interpret the poetic nature of the words emitted from their beautiful voices. Mengtacs are warriors, no, Mengtacs are gods.
