A Meeber is one of those monsters that live under the bed. Or one of those creatures you create in your mind, that comes out in your dreams, or when you are scared and alone in the dark. It can be any size and shape, any description your mind can conjure up, but it's the thing that scares you. The thing that chases you down a dark alley. The thing that appears from nowhere out of the shadows. The monster that chases you in your nightmares.
"Last night I saw a Meeber! After it clawed it's way through my door, it crawled under my bed and lay there grunting. I think it had four arms and six eyes, and teeth the size of a chisel. I was proper sweating under the duvet, too afraid to look."

"Dad, I can't sleep. The Meeber under the bed is growling."

"Don't dangle your feet over the edge of the bed or the Meeber will eat them!"

A word filter on the steam forums thats transforms the word "Fanboy" into "Hammer Legion Member" to prevent it being thrown around so much.
Guy1: MW2 will be a great game, stop being such a PC Hammer Legion Member.
Guy2: Suck my balls you consoletards.
A dick. Often used by fan fiction authors, because 'penis' is a turnoff, and saying 'cock' or 'dick' a million times is boring.

expendable crew member

The one that will definitely not survive. Taken from the TV series "Star Trek", which frequently introduces a new character (often wearing a red shirt), who dies early on, showing the power of that episode's enemy force. This is character is killed so that the regulars, Kirk, Spock, Sulu, Uhura, Chekov, and Scotty, can all remain unharmed.
Good thing James wore his red shirt, because if we have to throw someone to the wolves tonight, it's gonna be our expendable crew member.
