A mauntie is your mother's sister. Why not to have separate words to identify the aunts from mom's side and father's side? With that logic, fauntie would be your father's sister.

A CB radio/trucker term used to describe a member of the local law enforcement. This phrase usually refers to the county sheriff structure in the United States.

Trucker term used to describe local (usually rural) law enforcement, such as a sheriff or deputy, that is not part of a statewide highway patrol law enforcement unit.
