Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is an ideology synthesized out of Mao Zedong Thought and Marxism-Leninism initially applied to Peru by Chairman Abimael Guzman (Chairman Gonzalo) in the Peruvian People's War. On Discord some major powers such as the USSR that evolved out of the WPUSSR led by Generalissimus Joseph Stalin and Premier Zhukov and the People's Republic of China led by Chairman Mao Zedong have taken up the ideology. It is characterized by a strict Anti-Revisionism/Anti-Social-Imperialism (and with it anti-Moralistic Socialism and anti-Bragovism/Kerikovism) Anti-Fascism (and with it anti-Keitelism), Anti-Capitalism/Imperialism, Anti-Colonialism, advocating State-Atheism, advocating LGBTQ+ Liberation, advocating for autonomy for minorities, Protracted People's War, Mass Line and for world Socialist Revolution.
Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is the ideology of all modern Communists who wish to destroy all forms of Imperialism, Capitalism, Fascism and Revisionism.

Marxism-Leninism-Lulism
Marxism-Leninism-Lulism, also MLL, is a Marxist-Leninist ideology that unites the theories and policies of Marxism-Leninism with the praxis of Lulism. Marxism-Leninism-Lulism was an ideology proposed by Brazilian Marxist-Leninists pro-PT and pro-Lula after the coup attempt on January 8, 2023. Marxism-Leninism-Lulism is characterized by defending the total socialization of the state and of the economy. As well as defending cultural pluralism, religious pluralism, ethnic pluralism, and the idea that the state should have recognition and moderate control over ethnic, religious, and cultural issues. Just as the state and the economy must be controlled by popular councils. As well as the defense of the world revolution and the creation of the USSR, USSR 2.0, and the Socialist World Republic through democratic, reformist, civil, and diplomatic channels. Marxism-Leninism-Lulism also advocates the idea of multiple official languages, and Marxism-Leninism-Lulism is regarded as a form of 21st century socialism and 21st century Marxism. Marxism-Leninism-Lulism also seeks to build socialism and communism with the help of all workers. As well as the need for technological, economic, social, scientific, cultural, religious, spiritual, and divine development for the construction of socialism and preservation of socialism for all eternity, also known as socialist eternalism and socialist techno-eternalism.

Discord Marxism-Leninism
Discord Marxism-Leninism (DML) or more commonly known as Leonism or in some occasions Moralistic Socialism is a socialist ideology about the ideas of Discord leader Leon Trotsky (Ice crem#1946). It follows very conservative morals such as tolerance towards religion and the disapproval of homosexuality but follows the socialist economic model, yet also promises equality for the people.

Thoreauvian Marxism-Leninism
A shortened version of the above, emphasising the fusion of Thoreau’s individual ethical defiance with the structural analysis and revolutionary goals of Marxism‑Leninism. It rejects the caricature of Marxism‑Leninism as merely statist or authoritarian, reinterpreting it through the lens of voluntary simplicity, non‑cooperation with evil, and the building of counter‑institutions. It is a tendency within left‑libertarian and eco‑Marxist circles.

A speculative political synthesis blending Henry David Thoreau’s emphasis on civil disobedience, simple living, and individual conscience with Marxist‑Leninist analysis of class struggle, imperialism, and the need for revolutionary transformation. It seeks to reconcile the solitary, ethical refusal of unjust laws (Thoreau) with the collective, structural critique of capitalism and the state (Marxism‑Leninism). The synthesis prioritises anti‑authoritarian socialism, localised resistance, and a critique of industrial alienation, while retaining Lenin’s theory of imperialism and the need for a vanguard—though often reimagined as small, autonomous affinity groups.

MLs believe that a successful socialist revolution needs a vanguard party and that there needs to be a transitionary period where the bourgeosie are oppressed out of existance. This usually occurs through the seizure of private property, nationalization of industry, and bourgeois culture. The proleteriat via the vanguard party will create a workers state which will implement all of what's said above. Eventually the state will whither away as it becomes less needed usually when the threat of counter revolutionary behavior is gone, and then we will have communism, a stateless, classless, moneyless society.
