Legal slang, when you dump a case you don’t want onto somebody else.

One definition could be „love you like a cousin“ and the other stands for „ Laid-back Unwinding, Laughter And Cannabis Knowledge“ it stands for: A phrase that suggests relaxed hanging out, laughter and sharing knowledge about cannabis.
