The ruling Elite's keikaku is to --- through bioterrorism and mass-vaccination campaigns, and via other means of culling and dumbing down Humanity, and through staging conflicts and events giving rise to pretexts --- have a one-world Government, a one-world currency, no national borders or national sovereignty, cash forbidden and outlawed, with the private ownership of firearms illegal, a one-child policy with breeding requiring a license, everything taxed, and systems of Eugenics normalized into society such as frequent and regular vaccinations and by-default vaccination at birth, everything tracked with ubiquitous computing and RFID and GPS, with the Earth's population forcibly maintained under 500 million with the humans that do live being forced to live in compact compact cities with all other space being off-limits, with the entire economy and all human activity revolving around carbon-credits and offsetting your so called CO2 footprint, all humans being considered a burden and a weight for the planet, with babies seen as a source of pollution of toxic waste.

Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku

!!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!
An anime that starts off as a fun game with cute little girls transforming into magical girls with hidden identities and gaining magical powers that help them collect magical candies.
The protagonist is a girl named Koyuki. She is turned into Snow White one day by Fav, the mascot.
Snow collets a shit load of candy and gets to the top.
A girl gets eliminated and dies.

Fav adds the option to transfer candies to others.
Everyone wants to steal Snow's candy.

Snow's friend dies. Since she died, nobody got eliminated that week.

The girls realise they can just kill each other to survive.

A girl known as Alice knows Snow because she helped her once. She follows her around and Snow is lowkey scared.

Alice is immortal.
Swim Swim(antagonist)figures she can track down her real identity and kill her in her human form since her powers won't work. Swim kills her. Snow hears Alice in troubl. She finds her dying body. Alice gives her the rabbit's foot. It'll help her later.

A bunch of other girls died. The last girls to remain are Swim, Ripple and Snow.

Ripple fights Swim.

Ripple and Swim die.
Snow is the last one.
Fav wants Snow to be his master.
Snow wants to kill the little shit.
She can't.
Fav starts mocking the dead girls.
Snow gets pissed.
Ripple is revived.
She takes Swim's weapon which is super strong and breaks the master terminal, killing Fav.
Snow White becomes a thug magical girl.

The end.

Guy 2: I've watched Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku. If you like watching little girls die bloody and sorrowful deaths then go ahead and watch it.

The Shiore Kokkaku Disease 

The Shiore Kokkaku disease is a fictional disease where the victim of self hate and thoughts of suicide begins to slowly watch their skin wither which will eventually lead to an inevitable death. Victims contract the disease through almost successfully killing themselves but surviving. Their skin then slowly starts to wither until nothing is left but their bones. The disease has no cure but it can be slowed down. By having the victim find happiness in their life, and by slowing gaining a better mental health state, the Shiore Kokkaku disease will stop spreading. However the effects are irreversible and the patient will eventually die.

Ex : I wish there was a way to escape the fate of the Shiore Kokkaku disease, but I’ll eventually have to come to terms with reality...
