The reigon of southwest Kentucky/ nortwest Tennesee,(see Kentuckasee) because in all honesty the two reigons/cultures are so intertwined and different from the rest of thier respective states that they make up a state in itself.
Inhabitants are known as K-10ers (K-Tenners or Kentuckaseeans)

K104 

An incredibly fresh contemporary hits radio station located in the Hudson Valley. It is the most listened to station in the entire area. They hold an annual concert in Dutchess Stadium called KFest. This year's KFest included performances from artists Shaggy, Ludacris, Big Time Rush, Mike Posner, Flo Rida, Allstar Weekend, Tinie Tempah, LMFAO, Jeremih, New Boyz, Shontelle, ISQuare, The Ready Set, Jordan Knight from New Kids On The Block, and Cody Simpson.

The station also boasts some of the most bad-ass DJs in the country in Sky Walker, who's on air from 2:00 to 7:00 PM weekdays, and Woodman, on air from 5:30 to 10 in the morning. The station also features an epically awesome street team that covers events ranging from fairs and charities, to dances and club events.

I listen to K104 all day long... I love that station!
