In order to become a JJBer, it is encouraged but not required to be (but not limited to being) an attention whore, 32 year old virgin, have an IQ of 48, have multiple personalities, a vivid imagination, post controversioal topics just for results, or any other variety of annoying behaviors or characteristics.
