when a person links their Instagram, Twitter and Facebook posts together, thereby creating an exact-same-post trifecta. The term is usually used when someone posts an excessive amount of content.

Not to be confused with instatwitumblebook, which requires the user to have a fourth channel (tumblr) to link the content to.

You don't have to instatweetbook everything you eat! You are such a social media whore.
