A Hispanic person who has lost or never gained skills or knowledge of Hispanic culture, including speaking Spanish, cooking Hispanic cuisine or having a ‘white’ accent.

A Honkito was born into a Hispanic family but bears no Hispanic knowledge or culture.

Honkytown

A town or area populated noticeably and overwhelmingly by whites, or honkys.

A friend told me after visiting a college in Maine that everywhere you go it's Honkytown. He said -and this is coming from a white guy- that it freaked him out and was a factor in his descision not to attend that school. I'm white too and that sounds like Twilight Zone scary to me. Like, what, did they eat all the blacks/asians/latinos?
