A word used primarily in response to whomst. Similar to the word him in everyday usage, himst can also mean he will. It is a fancy way of referring to a nondescript third person.
Matt: "If we don't do it to 'em, whomst will?"
Matt: "Himst..."
Matt: "Whomst???"
Matt: "Himst will do it to 'em"
Matt: "Himst..."
