Any able bodied Person that knowingly parks in a handicap parking space solely for the purpose of making it more convenient and handy to them.

Any able bodied Person that gets caught handiparking will surely get a ticket.
If you park in a handicap parking space without any sort of proof of disability, you are considered to be handiparking.
