Gaytrophy is related to Atrophy and the opposite of Hypertrophy. Gaytrophy is used when someone recommends or uses a workout plan that is non-optimal, and highly uneffective for any kind of muscle- or strenght growth.
Person 1: do you want to go to the gym today, it's push day.
Person 2: I can't, i found a new workout split.
Person 1: oh? what is the new split?
Person 2: I found out that it is better to only workout once per week.
Person 1: are you sure? what muscle group are you going to workout?
Person 2: I have biceps day.
