Factophobe 

A person that rejects verifiable facts when they conflict with his/her opinions, preconceived notions, or general world view. Also: factophobic - adj.
He won't ever change his view; he's such a factophobe that you can show him a notarized copy of his OWN birth certificate and he wouldn't believe it.

Some examples of factophobia:

Birthers who refuse to acknowledge Obama's citizenship.

The Reagan Revisionist who refuses to admit the fact that Ronald Reagan tripled the national debt!

fauxtophobia 

Cynicism brought on by the proliferation of digitally altered photographs. This causes the victim to doubt the authenticity of any impressive picture he / she sees.
The nature pictures Kirk's aunt Deann e-mailed to him were cool, but his fauxtophobia wouldn't subside enough for him to truly appreciate the beauty of the toad with a lion's body.
