Fagsauce is a word to descibe someone who is very, very gay. People like Zeffie and Ksharp, and Zeffie and Ksharp together. Also describes semen from a gay mans penis. Sick.

Ksharp: Yeah me and Zeffie were having teh buttsecks with each other all night.
Zeffie: He got fagsauce all over me.
