They best damn grocery store in the country. Only found in Texas with over 340 stores (Including a couple stores in Mexico). People come here in time of crisis and everything else for your daily needs. They treat all HEB partners(Employees) like Gold and we also sell the best tortillas (;

More commonly used in areas inhabited by the H-E-B grocery store (Texas and northern Mexico), H-E-B Feet is a state in which someone who hasn't worn shoes for a while looks as though they've been walking through a particularly dirty H-E-B.
