one beer drowsies 

When a person drinks only one or two beers, then stops drinking, the person will inevitably become tired/drowsie. This phrase describes that phenomenon.
Since I've had lunch I've got the one beer drowsies, should have drank three or four, at least then I'd be able to stay awake.

A state of serene reverie bordering on sleep, often induced in hours following lunchtime.

When in a state of inebriation, the inability to hold onto anything (including beer, your keys, your girlfriend, etc.) without dropping it.
That's the fourth time you've dropped your keys! You've got the dropsies!

Nickname given to bales of marijuana thrown overboard or out of airplanes. Origin is reportedly from members of the US Coast Guard in the area of Southern Florida.

trucker's tan 

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.
