Dimesworth

A very small, but usually reasonable, quantity of something. Used metaphorically it should not be compared to the actual worth of a dime.
Old Joe got by on a dimesworthy of tobacco per week. Of course, a dimesworth was nothing like the money he remembered as a lad.
