When a work environment is male dominant and if you don’t have a dick your opinion and voice are invalid.

I am having an issue with a male coworker always yelling at me, but the dickatism her is strong and the boss man won’t listen.

Dicktim 

When someone acts like a dick, and when wronged, likes to play like they are the victim. A victim who is a dick. You dont really feel sorry for the dicktim....if they werent a dick you might though.

Steve was being being a dick today and I called him out on it...now he's walking around acting like he's all offended that I called him out, and that I should apologize....what a dicktim.

Usually when a woman, or person is so addicted to the Dick, that he/she is hypnotized by it. He/She is blinded of all other qualities of that man, who is actually a dick himself. In essence she has been hypnotized by the dick, and therefore she has been dicktimized.

I know he's such a jerk, but I love him. Therefore, I have been dicktimized.

He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's so nice. Therefore, I have been dicktimized.
