A fat person's double chin. Originates from a term used to describe "a pendulous fold of skin under the throat of a bovine animal"

1. Sloppy fat beer gut, as in "his belly do lap over his belt."

2. Loose skin hanging under the neck, especially of a cow.

She's so fat you gotta lift up her dewlap to find her snatch.
