Tearing the ring out of it

When someone persists with an activity long after it's lost its merit or factor of amusement for others. You know the sort of people, they hang around long after a party has ended, use the same joke over and over again. They'll continue doing their thing no matter how tedious it becomes for those around them.

*Aidan just wanted to give Juan's skateboard a quick try, but he's been on it for hours now and refuses to get off*

Juan mumbles, "Damn, this bastard is really tearing the ring out of it"

Arseholes who buy out every gaming GPU in stock so that they can fatten their purses with little to no effort. Because of these utter shitbags, the prices of gaming graphics cards have soared, and few are in stock. Worse still, after using and abusing the dozens of cards they bought, they sell them to poor unknowing buyers on the internet. If you can't buy a new graphics card, these fucks are to blame.

"All I can buy right now is a GT 1030, fuck, I wanted a GTX 1060, but it's not worth it when they cost a thousand bucks, damn cryptocurrency miners"

Originally used to describe how ANC Secretary General Gwede Mantashe changed his mind during the #ZumaMustFall protests in South Africa. He was originally in support of Zuma resigning, but later voiced his undying support for the presidency.

Sarah used to love Justin Bieber, but she mantashed, she hates him now.
