An application, program, or other piece of software that glitches and crashes every two seconds.

Usually Microsoft products.

Software installed on a computer that is considered to be junk, or of poor quality. This can include anything from games or software utilities to operating systems.

A few software titles considered to be trashware are: weatherbug, limewire, and the Macintosh OS.

crustware 

Ancient hardware or software especially that which was never particularly appealing even when new and is now devoid of any merit save its use as an example of obsolescence.

He fired up his old laptop and, behold, OS2/Warp struggled into life for the first time since 1994. This venerable piece of crustware filled the screen with its red and white startup screen proclaiming "All rights reserved". Ironic since nobody wanted it then and they sure as hell didn't want it now.

Useless Apps which come preinstalled on smartphones, waste space and are difficult to remove. Similar to bloatware, except for phones.

I need to root my phone to remove this crappware!
