1. Something which relates to the use of extremely intricate and repetitive gestures; mainly, facial expressions.

2. The use of long pauses during speech followed by the use of SAT vocabulary words. To cogan a speech, for example, is to pause many times during that speech and make effort to include substantial vocabulary after such pauses.

cogan 

cogan is someone who will automatically light up your day. he is so sweet and once you get to know him he’s energetic. his voice is so calming and peaceful and anyone will be lucky to have a cogan in their life. cogan is very quiet at first but once you get to know him, once he’s comfortable with you, he brings his inner child out, he brings yours too. cogan always knows how to comfort you and make you smile even in the toughest moments. his eyes make you feel lost in the world and most importantly, he holds you tight and will always try to solve any problem with you. don’t lose or hurt a cogan. cogan may have some trust issues.. enjoy every moment you have with him. enjoy it.

Alma Cogan (19 May 1932 – 26 October 1966) was an English singer of traditional pop music in the 1950s and early 1960s. Dubbed "The Girl With the Laugh / Giggle / Chuckle In Her Voice", she was the highest paid British female entertainer of her era. Throughout the mid 1950s, she was the most consistently successful female singer in the UK.

Cognizant Carbs 

When you feel guilty about all the carbs you’ve been eating so your subconscious starts to ascribe human characteristics to all types of bread products in an effort to make you less inclined to eat them . This happens to such a degree that you begin to believe that bread is actually a living entity with moral qualms about being consumed. It starts as a case of Pareidolia(seeing faces in unusual places). When the carbs in your life become cognizant it is not uncommon to see your muffin smiling at you or corn bread frowning in disgust. They stare at you and you stare back. You look with longing, while they gaze back in judgement. Before too long your explaining to your family that you haven’t eaten the waffles sitting out on the table because they have a rich backstory and kids at home that can’t get by without them.

Dean: I only did Keto for a week before I binged on a dozen Krispy Kreme’s. That last one didn’t appreciate it much.
Sam: Last one? Last donut?
Dean: Yeah, you could tell he was pissed?
Sam: Dude, those are cognizant carbs. The guilt got to you.
