In online discourse generally refers to pro-Ukrainian posters.

Person: "Yesterday Ukraine's Army killed 1500 enemy tanks, brought down 200 helicopters and killed 3 Army Generals! Slava Ukraine!"

A portmanteau of the words shit and bologna which gained popularity following the "ridiculous" defensive strategy used by White House Counsel Pat Cipollone during the impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump.
