Stands for "Center for Information and PSychological Operations" of Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are responsible for PsyOps and other propaganda measures aimed at Ukrainians and foreigners abroad.

In online discourse generally refers to pro-Ukrainian posters.

Person: "Yesterday Ukraine's Army killed 1500 enemy tanks, brought down 200 helicopters and killed 3 Army Generals! Slava Ukraine!"

A portmanteau of the words shit and bologna which gained popularity following the "ridiculous" defensive strategy used by White House Counsel Pat Cipollone during the impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump.

"Hey Pat! Remember that time you took a shit on a piece of bread, covered it with a slice of bologna, and served it to my uncle Sam? "
