A portmanteau of the words shit and bologna which gained popularity following the "ridiculous" defensive strategy used by White House Counsel Pat Cipollone during the impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump.

"Hey Pat! Remember that time you took a shit on a piece of bread, covered it with a slice of bologna, and served it to my uncle Sam? "
"Of course I do! I told him it was a fried bologna sandwich with a brown butter sauce!!! Best Cipollone sandwich I ever made!"

someone that is a walking disaster of life. i.e. setting fire to the rug with an iron, getting arrested for buying alcohol underage, losing their swim bag with $100 worth of equipment in it, growing up to be the blue footed booby.

it's an italian word which you can use to describe that guy on the bus that you don't know but you think is cute and you want to talk with but you don't have the courage to do it so you observe him and you crush on him before actually talk to him
