Oddly enough a black person trying to be BLACK. As in a refugee straight off the boat from Africa, who immediately adopts hip-hop clothing, music and speech. "Yo! What is up my homi?" is their favourite quote, spoken in a thick African dialect. They are as bad as wiggas, and are a joke to real ghetto thugs. Next Friday features a scene in Pinkies record store where a clerk is accosted by a bligger.
Bligga- "Yo! What is up my homis? I be true ghetto banger G!
Af-rika for ever homi! No?"
Puzzled African american- "Eh? Excuse me?"

The n-word for white people.
The n-word came from the spanish word negro meaning black, it would only make sense if the n-word for white people came from the spanish word blanco which means white.
