The list of excuses can go on and on, but at the core, their lack of apathy is what results in nothing getting done. This disease is very contagious, spreading like wildfire to neighboring persons. Some individuals seem to be more susceptible to Bitchinitis than others, with the intensity and duration varying from person to person.
