Adj; generally used to refer to a person who is being a diva; a reference to a person of male gender who is portrayed as 'tough' but is really just a conceited ass.
When we're playing volleyball and a player doesn't want to rotate so the setter gets pissy and walks off the court, we tell him "stop be wa anecdar"!
