EE is the abbreviated form of the term "Eastern European". EE is mainly used as a satirical phrase, denoting the usually egregiously ingenious and idiot savant properties of some Eastern Europeans, as such, the phrase can be used particularly often when dealing with situations that would seem absurd to most people, such as wild and homeless caveman EEs building homemade unguided missiles out of EE rubbish cans (See, Slav Cannon) or Hungarian EE gipsies blackmailing children so as to garner enough money for alcohol and drugs.
