1500 Monument
A commercial center located on Monument Blvd in Concord, California used by Sureño gang members for selling drugs and weapons.

Sureño subsets in Concord utilize the business complex at 1500 Monument Blvd. in Concord, CA (herein, “1500 Monument”) to “post up” (i.e. hang out at a location) and sell narcotics and firearms. Sureño gang members often refer to 1500 Monument as “The Box” or “The block.”

The first day of the week dedicated to Jay Park by his fans. It is the day in which Jay uploads new videos of covers on his Youtube channel. Every MonJay is like a HOLIDAY to fans whether it be Valentine s Day (with his self-written rap love confessions); Mother/Father's Day (with mom and dad fans watching their son Jay sing and follow his dream); Thanksgiving (with fans and Jay expressing their thanks for having each other); Christmas (with a video that reaches Top 10 on Youtube s Most Viewed); Martin Luther King Jr Day (with Jay s motto of Love & Respect ); and even Halloween (with his dark and questionably fashionable sunglasses). Fans gather on the World Wide Web to honor and spazz about Jay's awesomeness.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
