It's derived from the word "bet".

Mike says, are you coming over?

Joe, yeah sure you "bet''

The slang bet appears to come from the everyday word bet
Mike, "Have a good night."
Bill, bett

You Bett'Ya

This is the origin of the common colloquial phrase, "You Bettcha!" from Fargo, Minnesota. It is the 'Minnesota Nice' version of "You Bet Your Ass!" which most normal people in the United States use to prove a point.
You Bett'Ya that Fargo IS in Minnesota and NOT North Dakota!

Emily Bett Rickards

Pretty lady who is funny and sweet. She has a beautiful singing voice. She is decent at comedic acting, but awful at dramatic acting. Insanely overrated and ridiculously overhyped by a very vocal minority.
"Have you seen Emily Bett Rickards in Arrow?" -- Yea, she can't act!
This is a song by Michael Jackson going to further AI as to abbreviate we have SAD = SONG AD DISPLAY. Here is an example of the AI BETT = BEAT IT

The other part of a SING AD DISPLAY is MAN IN THE MIRROR. Here is another example as the relationship is the same recording artist singing about making change .
I am in my SEXUAL PLAYGRIUND in an ID room where I DAS BETT I BED is in 13 which transforms into AI BETT.

Yes in every room in the SEXUAL PLAYGROUND there is MAN IN THE MIRROR Numbering (1-23) where the song implies BEAT IT , as to win and prevail. Given the DAS BETT (bed( in every room) there is a DAS BETT where there AI BETT again Is present.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
