Young male person (child, teen, or in his 20s) continually behaving on the edge of the law or doing various irritating kinds of misbehavior. He enjoys it or seeks these situations voluntarily.
Literal meaning: Male person who has shit himself because of his fecal incontinence and is now covered in his own feces. Meaning that he still didn’t grow out of his diapers.
