Zakraneh (Arabic: زكرنة). When Guy1 says somethins sarcastic to Guy2, and Guy2 doesn’t get the joke and replies with a serious answer.

Guy1: “Yo CR7 is a bad player he has never won a copa america”

Guy2: “Of course he hasn’t idiot, he is European.”

Guy2 was in a Zakraneh position, or تزكرن (tzakran)
