The hairstyle, also called an "undercut", which was popular in the 1920s - 40s, which has once again become fashionable in the early 21st century. The haircut is characterized by long hair on the top of the
head which is parted either way, and having the sides and the back of the
head buzzed extremely short. The hair on the top of the
head is often held in place by some type of styling gel or
wax. The haircut was especially popular among the various military and civilian organizations of the National Socialist
Party. Essentially, it makes men look like they belong in the Hitler youth, or some sort of Aryan fascist.
