One who, when in public, with the help of alcohol and large groups of people, starts to make "WHOOING" noises at the most inane things.

Geoff: Hey, I'm buying drinks for my friends.

Ted: WHOO! SHOTS!

Geoff: Not you, Social Whooer.

A female whore but the amount of men is so numerous and of not a specific type you would never be sure who.

She had a bad reputation and was known as a whooer in highschool.
