Colorado slang meaning liar or "capper." Originated in the historically black neighborhoods of north-east Denver around the 2000s. It's the noun form of the term "woo," which means to trick or to lie.

forms:
Man thats woo!
Buddy said theres a jug on colfax tonight, I told him stop wooing.
That hoe told me she was fin hit me up when I gave her my number but I got woo'd.

A man who typically gets together with his girlfriend/ wife's sister (before they get together that is otherwise we wouldn't really call him a man)
