Catch the bodies

A form of fighting where only hits to the body are allowed to avoid injury. Favorite activity of bad ass kids skipping class in public school bathrooms. Opposite of the term "to Catch the heads," although dirty players will try to sneak a chin shot in here and there.
Everybody got guns now and wanna shoot something, remember when we used to catch the bodies?

Catch the heads 

Denver slang meaning "fade," "run the 1s," or "throw hands." Used to differentiate an actual fight from "Catching the bodies" which is a game played by local schoolchildren where only body shots are allowed.
He a weenie, I told him if he got a problem we can catch the heads/catch these heads.

Run the 1s

Slang for a one on one fight; alternate spelling of "Run the ones." Denver youth often run the ones with "Dirtz" or "Do-Dirts" which are boxing gloves they carry with them, often at their jeans back pockets.

After running the 1s you might have to "run the twos" (run it back)."

Colorado slang meaning liar or "capper." Originated in the historically black neighborhoods of north-east Denver around the 2000s. It's the noun form of the term "woo," which means to trick or to lie.
I hit the weedman 30 minutes ago and he said he was 5 minutes away, he a wooer.

To be angry, unpleased, or get into an altercation. Present participle of the term "Fonk." Originally from the central valley region of California (Sacramento and Stockton) but became popular in Denver, Kansas City, and Michigan.
