Whippsing 

Talking bullshit to people for no apparent reason without any releventation to any given conversation. Another form of Whippsing is repeating someone else straight after they make a comment.

A- "I have a ludix blaster mate"
B(Whippsing)-" do you have a ludix blaster do you"
A- "Yes i just said that"
B-(Whippsing)-"oh, is it a ludix blaster isit"

Another form of Whippsing is talking any bullshit.
For example, i drove a vxr down grapes hill at 83

to be accosted in a public place by someone who you really can't be arsed to talk to, and then engaged in the kind of conversation that is so inane that it makes you want to remove your own eyes with a rusty spoon.
