Vaggatical
Any extended absence in the sexual career of a virile, heterosexual male in order to achieve peace of mind, recover from an STD, unplanned pregnancy, or emotional breakdown. An elective rest or hiatus, often lasting from two months to a year from having sex with multiple female partners. British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
