A Retired Russian Spy sent by the Soviet Union in 1945. After a long mission that led to his near-death, tophatspacedog Retires in a small potato farm near Russia. In his spare time, he can be found recking bots at fornite and spreading the good word of Anime. His diet consists of 1 or more bottles of vodka and a bowl of plain Rice. Every once in a while he leaves his shelter to hunt down naughty kids that stream snipe Ninja.

Tophat Kat
A white male, typically in his mid 20s, who often doesn't know whats best for himself. He regularly spends unnecessary amounts of money on things he doesn't, and never will need. He may also participate in various activities with strangers, usually in their early teens, in a very pedophilic manner.
In his game of Chivalry, the boy tried to explain to the Tophat Kat that buying 64 GB of RAM was completely unnecessary, and was a waste of money.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
Blexas has been cited as possible in the upcoming decades, but only if Democrats continue to win the Hispanic vote in bigger margins.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
