Tophat Kat
A white male, typically in his mid 20s, who often doesn't know whats best for himself. He regularly spends unnecessary amounts of money on things he doesn't, and never will need. He may also participate in various activities with strangers, usually in their early teens, in a very pedophilic manner.
In his game of Chivalry, the boy tried to explain to the Tophat Kat that buying 64 GB of RAM was completely unnecessary, and was a waste of money.

Topomax/Topamax
Topomax is the misspelling of the prescription drug, Topamax (Topiramate). It is an anticonvulsant and anti-seizure medication that, in stronger doses us used to control epilepsy. In smaller amounts prescribed under the brand name Topamax, it is used to help control severe migraines in both frequency and severity.
I use to get migraines two to three days a week until I began taking Topomax/Topamax. Now I hardly ever get them.

Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
