Toonerville, TVR, or just TV. One of several N.E.L.A. Mexican gangs. Probably the most notorious since they've been on America's Most Wanted. Some say they got their name from the Toonerville Trolley that used to run through South Glendale, which is next to LA.
something that kills the conversation because of its randomness or weirdness. Usually said after the awkward comment was used with "that was" before it. Also a certain expression is amde with the face of the person saying tooner by opening his/her eyes as wide as possible and lifting eyebrows. Many times a person doesn't even have to say tooner and will only say "That was" and imply it.
person 1: I'm gona wear my super tight shirt so that everyone will think I'm buff.
person 2:That was tooner/ you are tooner/ That WAS!
One of two types of buses: 1) a bus that is intended to look like an old-fashioned trolley; 2) a bus that looks more like a typical bus, but has a short distance between the front wheels and the back wheels. After Toonerville Trolley, a trolley comic strip that was popular in the early 20th century.
