A horrible and truly undesirable individual who is as filthy as unpleasant and is in general a nightmare to be around. At home with the scummiest of the scum in the dregs of the society, it would definitely be best for one to avoid and disassociate themselves from the snotty cunt.

When a person thinks s/he is too superior than other people and in terms of personality, s/he is very conceited.

Morgan: Kenneth thinks he's too good for everyone else.

Morgan: He's so snotty. Thinks he's soooo great! He always closes his eyes when he patronizes someone. Don't know why Ainsley hangs out with him.
