Smitzy

A word to describe someone who is extremely smart but who occasionally or frequently acts ditzy. Also used to describe the behavior of such person.

See that girl? You'd never guess by looking at her that she's super smart, because she acts totally ditzy. That girl is really smitzy.

My boyfriend is President of the Chess Club and was accepted to Harvard. But he's forever losing his phone, locking himself out of his car, and leaving his wallet at home. God, is he smitzy.

I went to a job interview and totally nailed it: passed every test and gave all the right answers. Everything was perfect ... until it was time to leave. Without thinking, instead of shaking my interviewer's hand, I gave him a kiss him on the cheek! That was one hell of a smitzy moment.

When your mind just goes all over the place; thinking, but not responding. Keeping thoughts all to yourself, pressure building up inside, thus, feeling as if everything is just skipping and running around inside your brain. On the verge of breakdown from overload.
