A malady affecting black people that causes them to walk very slowly.Those that suffer from racial slowdown the most are those who must walk near or behind people who have racial slowdown. Those with the aforementioned condition are well known to block doorways and small corridors while walking slowly and speaking loudly. Curiously enough, the affects of racial slowdown on blacks does not transfer to running, in fact, the exact opposite occurs during this exercise.
