To have been banned from a message board and have had any and all evidence of your existence on that board removed permanently, usually done without warning, notification, or explanation. Origins: from the bbs handle of a customer of Nebraska football message board (slowhand) who was one the first recipients of such action on that board, soon to be followed my many other customers of that board who began to use the term "slowhanded" to describe the action
Because the site administrator didn't like fans who could actually make a cogent argument, he was slowhanded.

slowhandle
To pretend to be compassionate, kind, etc. in order to manipulate someone else, often for the purpose of exploiting or swindling him or her. A form of deception common in romantic relationships and business deals. A slowhandler is different from a golddigger primarily because slowhandlers are pursuing very specific goals, whereas golddiggers are after whatever they can get their hands on. Additionally, slowhandlers are usually more subtle and are not restricted to being female.
"What the hell? She left you? You guys have been going out for two years!"

Toe Rag
A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
