slurty

adj. a combination of flirty and slutty referring to the extreme state of being flirty, affectionate, and immodest when drunk. Often characterized by hugging/kissing when the victim has sent out no vibes or invitations to do so, as a person in this state is filled with remarkable self confidence and believes that anyone, regardless of sexual orientation, would be honored by his/her touch. In some cases can be found endearing, but others may find it annoying or offensive.

girl 1: (in a slight state of shock) "Um, so she def just kissed me on the mouth."

girl 2: "Oh, don't mind her, she's just slurty."
