Skorvatch 

Term originally used to describe a third nipple.
Now used as a derogatory term to describe the odd man out in a three-person social situation, much like a "Third Wheel".

Can also be used to describe a hated or useless person, although this usage is not as common.

Trivia: the term was originally coined after the 19th century physician and pioneer in the research of hospital acquired pneumonia, Dr. Edmund Skorvatch, who was rumored to have possessed an extra nipple.

It would have been a perfect evening, if Ken had just taken the hint and left me alone with Jenny. What a Skorvatch!

any woman in an SUV who immediately goes over to the passing lane, regardless of what speed she's going. Often seen chatting on a cell phone or with kids in the back seat.
Contraction of "SUV-driving bitch"
