Acting stupid because of being hammered or wasted, or just acting really stupid in general without alcohol.
Can be used as a noun or adjective, a way to state that someone is really drunk, or to state that someone is really stupid.

Example 1:
Jerry: Why is Matt taking off his pants on the roof?
Joe: he had one to many 40s, he's just skulltrucked.
Example 2:
Jay: Why is Thomas shaving his eyebrows?
Jason: He's just a skulltruck, thats all.

Somewhat in relation to regular skullfucking, the popular pasttime of many men. This version involves picking up a rather large male goat and ramming it through your unfortunate friends eye socket. This may result in serious injury or death, but who the fuck cares...ITS SKULLFUCKING WITH A FUCKING GOAT!
